When you learned enough, start look at Khmer programs with english subtitles. If you learned enough you should be able to start understand what people say. Practice your listening and with your experience so far try learn more words.

Example: Good quality on the audio so its easy to hear the words and they dont speak fast:

Recommend:

Kh pretati, this program can be found in google store for your smartphone. Low price and with a decent amount of material this one being worth its price
 
Not recommend:

So eurotalk have at least three different Learn to talk programs. This one for the absolute beginners i strongly recommend NOT TO BUY.

Ok, honestly i never tryed this specific one but i have used same ones for thai, russian and french and this is the same thing.

Why is it so bad, or at least not worth the money? Well, you get to learn some numbers, random words, some sentences. But you do not learn anything about how they are buildt together. If you learn to say "Where is the toilet" but dont know what word is what i dont really consider you learn anything. You just mimic. Even birds can do that.

Instead of buying this i recoment to buy a dictionary with written prononunciation. Learn how to build the sentences and then the words. But not from this limited one.

I will try Eurotalks more advanced programs and see if they are worth a buy later on.

This is allso a NO BUY for same reasons as above.

In my opinion the only way to learn from this program is if you already know how to speak so much that you know what the new words are and can figure it our youself.

If not you will not have a clue what word is rice and what word is chicken if the phrase you being learned is "i want chicken with rice".

You will not be able to speak on your own with this program.

I dont understand why they dont highlight the words as they are spoken so you can understand what is what.

And last but not least. The material is very limited.

For making programs for learning they are really bad at learning.....Strange, right?
